About
Frankie’s began with a proposal in 2018 for a wedding scheduled in 2020, Our daughter wanted succulents! Being a do-it-yourself kind of girl, I decided to dive into growing, propagating and arranging them. I really had no experience with them but I quickly fell in love with all things succulent. Of course we all know what 2020 brought us and our daughters wedding was canceled only a few days before the big day. What was I to do with all of the succulents I had grown? I decided to try to sell these beautiful succulents, By doing so I found how much joy they brought people. Putting smiles on faces that had gone through so much that year. And then I realized that digging in the dirt was so therapeutic, creating brought joy and a sense of accomplishment. I was so suprised to see not just women but men and children enjoy the process of planting their own succulent and the fun, socializing and yes the normalcy it brought made me want to keep doing it, There is nothing but good that came out of that proposal - not to say there wasn’t difficult days and I know there will be more but the valuable lessons that were made. To find joy in the small things, to dig in the dirt and ground yourself and to make the best of it!
